I've had all of the one's people have said (butler, empty bars, etc) but I just experience a new one. Here is a copy from another post I made on the topic:
I've been very frustrated with the new expansion pack. I feel like they didn't test it and there are glitches that could have been avoided... with that said here is a new problem I'm experiencing...
One of my sims got pregnant. All was fine until she went to the hospital to have the baby. When she was done having it both her and her husband showed back up at their apartment randomly with no baby and then about every 3 seconds the screen pops up with "Congrats on the boy!" and the chance to name him and the traits screen. Im up to 25 babies, none of which I can see both in the game play screen and along the side (a box for the new bundle of "joy" shows up but there is no face in it). I've tried everything to get it to stop: resetsim, evicted and moved the sims back in, I even went back to an earlier time in her pregnancy and waited for her to have the kid again and it happened again. Basically I can no longer use this family and have started a new game. Has anyone else had this happen and if so, how in the world did you stop all the babies?
Good luck simming! I'm gonna wait on the patch...
