Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

So far I have only discovered the following bug, which EA needs to repair in a patch:

When a Sim get a promotion quest about fixing something at the police station or in the bistro, then this quest can never be done. The reason obviously is that there isn't any standalone bistro or standalone police station in Bridgeport, and the game doesn't recognize the new combined buildings as the goal for such quests.
