I HAVE TWO BUGS THAT AREN'T ON THE LIST!!!
The first one I noticed is that the music will randomly cut off when you are at a club or when your Sims turns on their personal stereo. They will still have the Listening to Music moodlet, and you can still dance in the room that is playing the music. The sound just won't play.
The temporary fix to this is to zoom out back into map mode, wait for that music to start, and then zoom back into your Sims's location. However, that fix doesn't always work.
The second bug I found is related to the interaction lag. My celebrity found a papparazi and wanted to dispell a rumor about him getting into a fight at a bar. However, the interaction wouldn't activate until the Papparazi was finished going through her animation cycle of taking pictures of him and writing down notes. This is the first time I've attempted to interact with a papparazi NPC, too, so I don't know if this is a common thing or not. You should be able to inturrupt their idle cycle if you want to talk to them. I mean, every other NPC does that, so why can't the papparazi?
