I just recently downloaded an expansion pack that says that, too...and I can't get the "Red Carpet Collection" to download because it asks for my serial number, but when I put in the serial number, it says it's already been used.
Apparently, when you buy & download a game from Origin, it automatically registers it on the Sims 3 site... but it seems the store doesn't recognize it. The store reads the serial number as having been used, but it won't allow me to download the Red Carpet Collection without entering a serial number. XD
If you mean you can't find where to download the Red Carpet Collection, it's right here.
Please let me know if you get it to download.
Thank you! It's working as of right now. I just have to register my game first, but it should download. I'll let you know if it does.
Okay yeah it's not working. It said my serial code was wrong.

Yeah, same problem I'm having. It says "Please register Late Night... Do you want to register your game now?" Then if you select 'yes' and put in your serial code, it says "Code is Invalid". So I looked around until I found an update that says that Origin automatically registers the games for you on the Sims 3 site... which explains why the site says the code is invalid... but apparently, the store needs to be sent that memo. :P
Yeah that's exactly what happened to me....like oh okay.
