@Sphire_Ziemia. Those the guy sim have any rare or unknown seed in his inventory ? If so, take them out.
@Cherushii89: Take all out. Just cause it did not give you any troubles in the past, does not mean they won't now. I think you should do some researching what mods to and how they behave before using them. Did you ever post your initial problem ?

@luckynicole659: I think that is one of the main problems. They freak out and can't do anything else anymore
@hanyo: Did you try moving them out and moving back in again ? Maybe a differnt house. Poor Sim. As much infos as possible is great.
