Found another bug last night that kind of sucks.
My Sim was in a hot spot club to complete an opprotunity to dance for 3 hours. However, every time I would click on a Dance Floor to dance, he would move to the spot and dance for a second before stopping. The action would drop out of the queue. When I would command him to do it again, he would just do the same thing of dance for a second and then stop. This went on for about five minutes before I noticed the bar was about to close, so I had my Sim go home shortly afterwards.
The following night, I tried to do the same thing at a different hot spot club. The same thing happened there, as well. I checked his needs and they were all full (with the exception of his Fun needs, but Dancing is suppose to help that). What ultimately fixed it was commanding him to go to the bar and have a drink before dancing on the dance floor.
I should note that I never had this problem before last night. My Sims would always dance on the dance floor when I tell them to. I doubt it is the opprotunity, because this was the second time I got the opprotunity. The first time it was for a Dive Bar location, and this time it was for a Dance Club location.
In the actual game testing (because my Mixologist kept screaming he couldn't find his way to the bar BECAUSE of the opening to the bar was in a Low Ceiling area), the Dance on Table/Counter option was grayed out. When you hover the mouse over the option, a box pops up saying that the ceiling is too low to allow the action. The same thing happens if you have a light over the table/counter, only the pop-up box reads something like "Cannot perform action due to ceiling object" instead.
There's no foot stoping or yelling for the dancing option. There is if you use MoveObject to place a chair, arcade cabinet, dart board, etc. in the Low Ceiling area.
So far I've only renovated the Barnacle Bay juice bar. I plan on doing the same for the Twinbrook and Riverview bars, but I noticed a few things happening to me in Bridgeport that I need to test out before reporting them.

@ZeekSlider: were these windows from the game or cc ? How did the not being able to dance show ? Option missing or foot stamping or just dropping out of the queue ? Will add the bulldozing thing.
