Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

The problem im having is that in the high rise apartment im currently living in, i cant get maid service or the repair tech to come through the door. Other sims can come in just fine. Just those 2 wont. They'll come up the elevator and to the door, stand there for 10 seconds and then go back to sit in their vehical for a few hours(sim time) and then leave saying that they're job is done and i still have to pay them. Whats up with that?
