That bugs me... I only use the library to gain knowledge in the beginning of the game when my sim is still 'poor'
I haven't been to the Bridgeport Library yet, so to find out that they did the same thing with it they did with Twinbrook makes me upset.

Just go into Edit Town mode and add that glass bookcase into one of the rooms. In a community lot, the Glass Bookcase is the only one that will generate Skill books.
