Do you only have cc or mods as well ? If you have mods, are you sure the are uptodate ?
My vampire has no ServiceSims working for him. When you say ServiceSims, I assume you mean maids, butlers, repairmen, etc. I haven't paid much attention to whether the acquaintances that disappeared were ServiceNPCs or not. I didn't investigate the bug very much, but definitely noticed that it keeps happening.
I only have custom clothing, hairstyles, shoes, and accessories. Nothing that alters gameplay. I do have .package files in the Mods/Packages folder, but they are all CAS items as said before.
