@Hellz_Angel: A new computer is no guarantee for updated drivers. Update them and then get back to me if the problem persists.
As for the venue thing: Is that all venues or just the mulitrabbithole ones ? What about other hoods ?
@yuui: I think there are two different errors. Wrong buildings and problems with the multi ones. Aging problems are on the list. There is a thread linked in the first post. Please post in that.

@57904521: It's probably the fire station thing. Read the first post towards the top where it says crashes. If your problem is not solve through this, please post in the technical section.
