License expired I bought the game recently
I bought Sims 3 starter pack Order number: 16980321245
Order date: June 5, 2013 installed and since then I get the message that the license expired.
We apply a solution to the problem.

You need to contact Customer Support for this

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
