Sorry for the thread necromancy--just wanted to say I just went through my entire installed content tab looking for that blasted Cellar Arch. It was on a lot I adore, but when I saw it was cutting off part of the wall and tried to remove it, my game began crashing to desktop. I thought I'd seen something about it here, so I came over to refresh myself--and there it is, "might even crash your game."
WHY YES IT DOES--for me, anyway. Thanks for putting up this thread, crinrict. I appreciate the info. My BF wasn't sure it'd be in the installed content tab, but I thought I'd seen it there a while ago. I'm already late to bed, but I'm just glad I got that problem licked.
PS: Speaking of the Lucky Duckie, I had to eliminate a weird parti-colored swim cap too because Sims were wearing it for everyday. I have no idea where it came from, but it wasn't CC. I had to tear out the duckie and the cap because I got so sick of seeing it all over town. Seriously--at one point like 4 Sims were wearing it at the Bistro! ETA: The cap is called "Capped" -- http://store.thesims3.com/productDetail.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:21887&categoryId=11959&scategoryId=11991&pcategoryId=11989&ppcategoryId=11979&gender=female -- and there's a version for male and female, each age group.
