Lucky Palms and Solace Snugabunny Deluxe Baby Swing Will Not Download

Due to the recent updates my Sims game and expansions did not work properly; I figured it was all the custom content, so I got rid of the content, uninstalled the base game and all expansions, and reinstalled them.  I had custom content from the sims3.com website so I downloaded most of them; however, I could not download Lucky Palms (I paid for that) and Snugabunny Deluxe Baby Swing.  Everytime I try I get a message stating "please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates and try again."  Mind you, I've made sure that each and every one of my expansions were updated; however, Generations did not.  I have no idea if this is what's keeping me from downloading this world and content.  Either than that I have the latest patches, updates, etc.  I play the Sims on a Mac OS X 10.6.8.  If I cannot get this world and content I would like my money back and my simspoints reimbursed.
