Mac help threads & guides - PLEASE START HERE BEFORE POSTING A PROBLEM - *updated 05.06.15*

Another great idea Bluebell would be to share this link with the helpful Simmers in the tech discussion forum. Crinrict, ceejay, DawnLBrown, etc. could use this link. I know many of them tell Mac people to come here with their problems since they don't have Macs and can't troubleshoot them but doing that isn't always the best idea for someone needing help since our forum is a lot of venting (and rightly so!) and somewhat scattered.
