Use your shift key to type the caps in your password. That's what worked for me! It still won't let me log in though, says my EA account isn't connected to the Sims 3 Community 😭

Yea its still not working for me unfortunately 😕 that sucks. I hope they fix this.
jbutler0131 If your password has special characters in it, try removing those.
If that doesn't work, open Keychain Access, in Applications > Utilities, search for sims3 , and delete any entries you see. Additionally, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin. Finally, clear the EA App's cache.

kbear137 Are you having exactly the issue in the screenshot attached to the original post, or something else? Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Does your password have special characters in it? The launcher doesn't handle those very well.

Currently has this same issue. It can be login via the launcher. But when it was in-game, it said Network Error.
I don't know if EA making it difficult for Windows 11 or because bugged Network Error. The only thing I think is connection to the EA Server.
