MacOS sims 3 download

I just bought the sims 3 on my MacBook Ventra 13.0 and everyone is saying to get the 64-bit one cuz it supports Mac but when I bought it it's not letting me download it like its a PC game. someone pls help.

    @babygeniius  The problem is your EA Play subscription.  Because EA Play is only available in Windows, anything you own through the sub is also only available in Windows, even if the content itself has a Mac version.  So you'll need to cancel the subscription and buy a standalone copy of Sims 3.

    If you want to keep EA Play for other reasons, for example if you play other games in Windows, you'll need to contact EA customer support and have the EA Play version of Sims 3 removed from your account, then buy a standalone copy.  If you can't find the live chat option, try this link:

    Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
