Missing almost all expansion packs

Hi everyone,

I am a long time sims player and have always played on my computer at my parents' house. I recently moved out and now play on my laptop. The issue is that only 3 of my expansion packs (I own them all) have transfered on my EA account. I still have access to all of my DLC on the original computer. I have downloaded all my games using the physical disks and codes included. I would understand if none of the content had transferred, but I am able to play university, seasons and ambitions on my laptop. Is there a solution to this issue? I would really rather not purchase all the games again. Could this have something to do with the transfer from origin to EA?

If the codes don't work, is it possible you or someone else registered them at some point?  Doing so on the old site would count since it shares information with the EA App.  If you happen to have another EA account, you could ask customer support to merge it with your current one.  Keep in mind that Store content (not expansions or stuff packs but the content you'd install through the Store site) doesn't transfer in a merge, so if one of your accounts owns content you'd like to preserve, make sure that's the account that stays active.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact EA support for help.  Take a photo for each missing pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable).  You can upload these when requesting support or during the chat.

I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, or you're caught in a loop with the chatbot, try a slightly different category of issue.
