Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I previously bought Roaring Heights, Gold Edition, and just yesterday I bought it on the Sims 3 Website instead of EA like the first time, and neither way does Roaring Heights appear. If possible I'd like to get a refund on the one I just bought since I had already previously owned the add-on, though it just wasn't there, along with Monte Vista, Barnacle Bay, and Dragon Valley.

You need to go to your purchase history (sims 3 website) and download (and install) it via Launcher. The one you bought from Sims 3 website should be there and the one you bought from EA -> Check your email for a receipt, there is a code -> Go to Sims 3 website -> My account -> Redeem a code and write the code from the receipt there -> then go to your purchase history and you'll find it there.
