Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install
Hi everyone
I am posting here because the automated EA Help website completely blocks me from opening a case, stating "Our advisors don't cover this issue."
A few days ago, I purchased the Hidden Springs and Monte Vista worlds for The Sims 3. The transaction went through perfectly and the status is officially marked as "Completed" in my EA Order History. However, they do not show as owned in my Sims 3 Store Purchase History and I can't download them.
The day I bought them, I tried to download them from the Store; however, I never received a redeem code in my email or anything. I contacted support via live chat and they responded, but they told me to wait 72 hours.
72 hours later, here I am. I haven't received any emails or redeem codes, and I can't download the worlds from the Store either. Now they refuse to offer me support on this issue, and I can't contact them via email or live chat.
For the record, I bought them on June 28th, 2026, and today is July 1st, 2026.
