Re-registration Hacking on My Page

All of my contacts and myself have gotten messages about that the base game and Movie Stuff have been successfully registered as soon as we'd recently logged back in and an announcement about it appeared in the activity notifications on our walls. Then a few days ago those who had Katy Perry Sweet Treats had it happen about that, which I don't but I saw the notification about one of my friends with a key symbol on my wall. But those packs of mine had all be registered at least a decade ago.

Was this a hack or data breach? I'd like to be notified.
