My Plants Won't grow fruit

My plants in Sims 3 won't grow fruits. They are all in the grow state "Harvest" but no produce.

This happened once before, and when I realized they weren't giving fruits anymore I deleted them all and planted new ones, then they worked. But now it has happened again, and i dont have all the kinds of fruit I need to plant it all over, (life fruit and flame fruit for example) so I don't want to delete them. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it ?

    Hi mikeyannnakigai,

Do you have Seasons installed? And if yes, during which season is this happening?

During winter (and during some cold days in fall and spring) plants become inactive, which means that they won't grow anymore.

This happened to me as well, and it is more than the plants simply being dormant. Even when summer comes again, the plants will still be in the harvest state, but there is no visible produce on them, and the harvest option is not available when they are clicked on. I have heard that clearing your cache can fix this, but it does not seem to be a guaranteed solution.

This is a known bug. If the plants go dormant in harvest state, they won't recover afterwards.

Mods are the only solution to this that I know of.
