@elimaximoff If you need help with your game, please describe what you're seeing when you try to play, for example when the game crashes and whether you get an error message. Please also list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.
Finally, please list the expansion and stuff packs you currently have installed and the world(s) in which you're trying to play.
I’m having similar issues with my game freezing shortly after playing each gameplay time being different not able to play consistently have to save constantly
-deleting sims 3 and downloading again
-deleting save file
-deleting cache.package files
-ea app recovery
-sims 3 repair through ea app
-resetting all sims in game
I have no cc or mods

@0a56dbeea16932e7 When you say you own Vampires, do you mean Late Night or Supernatural? What world(s) are you playing in, and does it help to play in Sunset Valley instead? Bridgeport, which comes with Late Night, has some issues on any computer, and it seems to be especially problematic on Macs with integrated graphics, as yours has.
