my sims 3 deleted off of my origin and i can’t get it back whatsoever

so it’s been about three years and i have never really asked anyone about my problem, but in 2017 my sims 3 randomly deleted itself from my origin and now i can’t seem to get it back. i have tried everything, backing it up, trying the launcher file (which i can’t find), looking through my recycle bin, etc. i honestly don’t want to buy it again but i also have many expansion packs that were on it!

The timing you mention is interesting.  In May 2017, EA deactivated  large numbers of Sims 3 codes en masse and didn't explain what had happened for weeks.  It turned out that the keys had been blocked because they were originally stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained, and probably sold a few times before they ended up in players' accounts.  Because EA had never officially been paid for the keys, it revoked access to the content.  Most players who had been affected had bought from sites like G2A or Ebay; the fact that they didn't know where the codes originally came from didn't matter.

If this is what happened to your content, then there's no way to get it back other than to rebuy it.  (Again, the only way to know is to contact EA customer support and ask about the status of the packs you used to own.)  You could wait for the infrequent Origin sales, where expansions are 50% off.  Or you could buy from Steam, which has more frequent sales where the base game and all packs are $5 U.S. each; prices vary a bit more elsewhere.  The Steam codes can be registered to Origin, or you could just play through Steam.
