Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

My sims 3 game won't work since I got a new gaming laptop. It launches the game but when I try to enter a new world it blacks out exits me out of the game and says theres been an issue and that i need to restart the game. I have tried that and everything else in between and nothing works!
