Never Received Code - solution: The promo code is the Digital Rights code in the email for the free stuff pack

I pre-ordered Sims 3 Island Paradise (PC Download), through Origin Client. I recived both "Order Confirmation" and a "Shipment Confirmation", however, neither contained a serial code. When the game was released, I did not get an email with the code, nor did the game appear on my account, though it appears (without a code) in my order history.

    The promo code is the Digital Rights code in the email for the free stuff pack - I checked with EA Customer Service. Hope this helps!

  • I've not received my email for my stuff pack, but have received the other three and the order summary email. The code for the the stuff pack in the summary doesn't work at the checkout (assuming I put this in the promo code box?) and the game doesn't automatically go free either (master suite stuff).

    And like many people, my Island Survival Pack code was missing and the one in my summary email doesn't work.

    Live chat also isn't working right now....yay. EDIT: Got onto the live chat, but the person is not answering me. Helpful!

    Managed to get a response out of live chat eventually and now have working codes! 🙂

  • I have the same issue. The "digital rights" code doesn't work on the Origin site as far as I can tell (it certainly does NOT work in the promo code box), and I've gone through every email I've received several times and there is definitely no promo code. In fact, if there was supposed to be an email for the stuff pack, I never got one at all.

    Is there some way to get the code resent? Or something?

    This thread should NOT be marked as "solved". It didn't solve anything at all for me. I've gone through my emails over and over again and read everything I can on the topic (help files, FAQ, etc.) and I still haven't got a working code.

  • I feel the same way, that's the only one I wanted, I have most of the others, I might get onto them see if they'll do anyhting because they didn't make it clear. If I do, I'll elt you know what they say

    Same here, am gonna contact them. This time, they better not tell me that they can't provide help to windows 8 users... it's virtually impossible to buy a nonwin8 computer these days
