new EA app uninstalled Origin
Last night I played and saved The Sims 3 with NO problem. I have Ambitions ,Late Night , Showtime , and Seasons extension packs also. After I closed Origin, prompted me to download the new EA app...

@indycutie If you start a new save, do your packs load? If not, uncheck them in the launcher's Expansions & Stuff tab and check them off again.
If you'd like a new computer, now or later, I can help with that too. Just let me know your country and budget as well as any other details that matter to you: anything from laptop vs. desktop to screen size (laptop) to how much storage you'd want. But it's best to wait to have that conversation until you're ready to buy. Inventory turns over quickly, and prices change even faster, so the best options now are likely not going to be the best options in a few weeks, let alone a few months.
