I'm not exactly sure when it came out since I wasn't on much, but I do know that it came out and people were having problems and they took out the manual patch like right after, but apparently if you already have 1.31 and then patch to 1.32 it should be okay.
I just now patched and played it with none of my saved files and mods(to test it before i added them back in) and everything seems to be working normally. Now i'm going to add in everything i took out before the patch and play it to see if my CC works. I don't really care about simport or anything else because i don't have showtime, but i do want what little CC i have to work.

EDIT - What does 1.32 have that 1.31 doesn't?
