You haven't provided enough information. You just said you can't play. Are you get an error? When did you patch to 1.32? Do you have Mods?
I'm not getting any errors, my game freezes about every 5 seconds, sometimes only for about 1 second sometimes it stays frozen for up to 20 seconds. I patched to 1.32 just yesterday and I have no mods or cc.
Are you running Windows? If so, did you add the base game executable back to the DEP list after you patch/updated?
What are your system specs? Please run then post your DxDiag report.
Windows:- Go to Start Menu > Run > Type in 'dxdiag' > Click OK.
- When the DxDiag window appears, click Save All Information... in the bottom-right corner.
- Save the information as a .TXT file containing your computer's information.
MAC:- Go to your Finder > Type in 'System Profiler'.
- Load the System Profiler application.
- Go to File > Save As... > Change the File Format to Rich Text Format (RTF).
- Save the .RTF file containing your computer's information.
