LOL i know what you mean about the animations i have supers my fairy floated around on the rink and my werewolf ran around on all fours the non supers skate just fine did you try the restsim cheat on them to see if that\ll fix it ?
to reset one sims ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type resetsim first name last (of your sim ) hit enter for example my sim is named John Dear i type in resetsim John Dear
It happens with every single Sim in the rink, every time. I think there is more going on here than a reset would fix. IDK if it's a mod issue. If anyone has found a solution or know of a mod that creates this glitch, please let me know.
