i just need to reset my password from my sis 3 so i can get my points and all the these i brought

The password used on TheSims3.com is the same login for your EA account. If you need to reset the password on your EA account, you can do that here.

If you can't access the email on your EA account to reset the password, you'll need to contact live support so they can review your account details further with you here.
