I was not able to patch, I have all EPs and Stuff packs, I was up to date on the patch.
I am glad to know that I am not the only one. I try deleting and uninstalling my cc but that didn't work. I uninstalled all the games and is currently in the process of reinstalling them, I know its going to be a long process, if it works I will let ya'll know. it may take me until tomorrow. once the base game is reinstalled I will let ya'll know if the update works. I will be upset that I wasted my time and loosing my games and cc if its an EA issue and not on my end.
