That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

Minor glitch. It's just an annoyance.
Whenever you load a save file created prior to the patch that has not been saved since, all sims stop what they are doing, even if sleeping.
Just redirect them to what they were doing and the game has no further issues.
...then I noticed my vampire wasn't sleeping properly in her bed. :roll:
EDIT: Speaking of which, I no long have a vampire to test with. Does the Cure work now or does it still only work half-way? I never did find that out.
