When I try to install the game and enter the code for the game, I get the message that the code is invalid. I contacted support via chat and was told the first time to wait because their systems were down. The second time I was told the code was good and to wait 4-6 hours and try again. When I asked if that was the same response I would get if I contacted them again in 4-6 hours I was told "Sure". None of the reps have tried to see if the issue is being caused by something else.
As a result I am posting here to see if anyone else has had the same issue and found a solution.
UPDATE: I just got off the phone with customer service. The woman I spoke to was great and had to give me a new code which worked.
