After saving while cooking, my sim couldn’t finish making the meal, hot dogs. The dish was stuck to her hand and then ended up on the floor uncooked. So, I had her clean it up and try again but got the same result again while using the microwave. After storing the microwave in household inventory, I was able to cook hot dogs on a grill. Bought a new microwave and tried it out, but it didn’t work, either.
Also, while this was going on, another sim in the household was on a date. They got in a hot tub and both floated above it overlaid on each other.
I’m going to go back to before this save and try things out again because I had no problem until that moment. My cat seems happy. :)
