2 days agoIf the codes have been redeemed on a different EA account, you'd need to provide ownership of that other EA account in order for live support to help. If you're not able to verify that you're the owner of that second EA account, the live support team will not be able to make any changes to that account.
You'd need to continue working with live support to verify your ownership.

I am unable to do this as the codes were registered by someone else without my knowledge or consent by someone who had lived in the same household in the past. I do not have contact with this person or their account as I didn't know they had redeemed them at the time. EA_Solaire
