Problem with Redeem a Code and Download
Hi I bought the Sims 3 from Amazon as a digital download but when I tried to redeem the code it is saying it is not valid. Should I contact Amazon? Regards Marc

Once a code is accepted it can not be re entered. Are you entering the code correctly? ex. a 5 for an S. Once the code is accepted you may need to log out and log back in and it may take some time to appear.
