Problems downloading University Life
I've been trying to install "University Life" on my PC but it'll get close to finishing the download then a pop-up will come up saying this; "File: E:\GameData\Shared\Packages\FullBuild_p18.package...

The first and last one are on The Sims 3. The second one is on Pets. I'm trying to install University Life. I don't know if it has any difference in it or not. Could there be a possiblity that the disc is blank up to the point I get that error notice? I bought it from Game Stop and I doubt they'd know anything 'bout it.
Shound't matter which EP. Did you try any of the tips in there ?
Can you open the disc ? Does it seem like there's missing stuff ? You can always get the download version through Origin instead for free.
I was just saying about the File Errors being from Sunset Valley and the Plains.
Well, I'm just going on guessing to be honest, that maybe the reason for the File Error is because it's blank up to a point, the point being where it would download anymore.
I'd really not like to get the free copy of Origin, I did pay to get a disc copy and not being able to use it would be a waste of money that I couldn't get back.
You get the download version free with the disc version. I understand if you prefer the disc version (I do myself that's for sure) but if the DVD is damaged, it might be the easiest.
When you right click on the disc and choose open, can you see the file for Sunset Valley ? Do you have troubles accessing any of the files that way ?
Help. How do you download it from Origin. Im a noob and I have the same problem.
