Problems to redeem The Sims 3 with Humble Bundle key

I got Sims 3 From the Humble Bundle and redeemed it like they told me too...Did I completely waste a kay because I was seriously looking forward to playing this??? (I redeemed Sims 3 from there webs...

I followed humble bundles instructions they gave me...Which was to go to the Sims 3 Website.
