Problems with downloading a game
I've been having trouble downloading Monte Vista on the app. Had the issue for two years now. The support hasn't been helping at all, just made promises that hasn't lead to anything.
I bought the game in a physical shop many years ago, it's registrated and all, but the app wants me to pay for it/buy it anew. And that's not right at all. I've tried a lot of stuff but nothing has been working at all. And i don't understand why. And why nothing happens in two years.
Are there anyone else that's experienced this issue? How did you manage to solve it? I need to get this working for a project and time is running out. I've barely been wanting to play since i only keep running into issues since the switch from origin.
RinOkumura123 Store worlds like Monte Vista need to be downloaded from the Sims 3 Store site, not through the EA App. Does MV show as owned for you when you sign into the Store? Please check both your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) and its product page:

Either way, if you see a Download button, click it, and the file will download, but you'll still need to install it through the launcher's Downloads tab for it to appear in-game.
