Product expired
When i try to play The Sims 3 it says my product has expired and i should contact support, can anyone help me?

although some browsers seem to work better for live chat have you tried firefox or IE

actually I AM USING firefox :P still cannot connect to live chat, and didn't get respond to email, so i'll have to wait i think

hmmm do you live outside the states ? you can try change the flag to US
i just did the steps for live chat an dthey are available
i have no idea why they are not working for me, probably because my internet is kinda slow and it can't load? no idea... well i'll try with that mail, stil didn't get answer but still waiting
