Product expired
When i try to play The Sims 3 it says my product has expired and i should contact support, can anyone help me?

no, it's still not available, and EA doesn't care about my mails.

i believe from what i've heard some ppl said it was two weeks before they got a replyvia emails i don't know how true that is though i'll keep searching around for other info

Live chat is available under 5 mins for both UK and American, no matter how long i wait :/
