I have just purchased 3 games for Sim 3. Only one has downloaded. As advice against error message purchased the two again, still haven't appeared. However payment for five games have now been taken out of my paypal account ?????? Not happy.
If your having account issues and billing issues. You need to contact EA directly so they can fix your account. We are only players helping players in this forum.
