Re: After reinstalling my games I get a "licence" error message.

I Talked to  EA  yesterday and  I was told  that my License  limit was  extended.  He  also  gave me  a  round around  method  in case  nothing  happened  but  I  did  not save it  because I  thought that I  could always  go  and see a  transcript of out  chat on  my case  or they would email it  to  me, since  that had always  been the  case  every time  I  had  chat  with  EA. But  when I  look  at the case summary  there is  no  chat transcript and  I'm still having the same issue.  Does  anyone know  I could  get a copy  of that conversation or  should I contact  EA again.

    @Lostangele7 try contacting a game adviser - they should be able to assist you in finding the transcript.
