    I'm sure I'm logged into the right account. I've checked my purchase history and I've checked the pages the items are on. I've had customer service call me and they were rude and demeaning to me.

    I'm missing:

    Midnight Hollow Gold

    Roaring Heights Gold

    Business as Usual Bistro

    Last Benue of Amore

    The Boardwalk ? (I'm not sure about this one)

    I also believe I'm missing sets because I'm missing in game items that I don't believe were part of those worlds and venues.

    I know I've bought a lot of stuff. The customer service person said I'm bought thousands of items. I've already lost all the store items I bought for Sims 2. I don't feel comfortable buying store items if they can vanish off my purchase history and I'm not going to get any help getting them back.
