@gestra5  Try: You have to open IE. The game uses IE to communicate. Delete browsing history or just reset the browser. It seems the thesims3.com and the store are two different sites and the cookie for the store needs to be cleared. This happens when the site is restarted and the stored cookie becomes invalid. If that doesn't work try clearing the cookie in the browser you use (Firefox?) as this is not a game controlled site.

    That's fixed it. I didn't know that about Internet Explorer, which I hardly ever use. I thought the problem was with Firefox. Thanks for your help Roberta591.🙂
