I can't find it either, and EA's site says it's been downloaded / Sims 3 launcher says it has been installed. I can't find it anywhere

@coffeecoffee14 It should be listed with the other community lots in the in-game bin. If you don't see it there, uninstall it through the launcher and delete the Sims3Pack in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads. Then download a new copy and install it, and look again.
