@sierraharris3 When you bought Dragon Valley from Origin, you should have received a confirmation email with a 16-character code inside it. You need to register your code to your Sims 3 Store account, and then it will appear in Purchase History on the store site.
Specifically, go to https://store.thesims3.com/ and login with your Origin credentials. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Redeem a Code." Enter the code, and Dragon Valley should now appear in your puchase history (Store > My Account > Purchase History). If it doesn't, clear your browser cache and look again—it sometimes takes a minute to show up properly.
