@JeffieSims You have to clear the browsing history in IE (not Edge) as the game uses Internet Explorer (IE) to communicate. If EA restarts the server the cookie stored in the local (your computer) IE (Internet Explorer) browser becomes invalid. you need to delete the cookie (clearing the browsing history will clear the cookie) or wait till the cookie expires. If you have Windows 10 just type IE in the ask me anything box and it will find IE.
