Re: can't redeem sims 3 code

depends on the game i know world adventures was one people had an issue with not showing up on the sims 3 my page but if it game icon shows up in the origin then it is registered, and if you where able to download,install play the game and icon is highlighted in the launcher then all should be well for you , you do not need to reregister the game on the sims 3 account

if you wish you try contact CS they might be able to manually add the icon i'm not 100% sure about that so no harm in asking
