Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Hi all, I just bought this the sims 3 world boundle through EA app. I received world codes in email and tried to redeem them in EA app. EA app accepted codes, saying that it was successfully redeemed but right after next poput shows message saying something like "Cannot reedem this code, go to thesims 3 page and redeem it there". So I did that. I went to thesims3 page, found option in settings for redeeming code but then sims 3 store is saying "This code was already redeemed". I do not have those 2 worlds from world boundle on my account though? What do I need to do know? Cause I am quite confused on this moment
